Processing Time

Current processing time is 5-7 business days (before shipping; excludes weekends and holidays) for regular shop orders. Monthly subscriptions are shipped the last week of the month.

Once orders enter the USPS system, we can not be held responsible for any delayed, lost or damaged orders. You will need to work with USPS for any of these issues.

Please note: USPS tracking will sometimes mark an order as "delivered" even though it appears to be missing. We don't know why this happens, but we do know that in almost every situation, the package shows up within a few days. Contact us if your order doesn't show up after a few days and we will try to help.

International Shipping

**UPDATE: FEBRUARY 2025 - We are pausing international shipping for the time being, except for Canada.**

If you are ordering from out of the country, please be prepared for a longer than usual delivery time. Unfortunately, this is completely out of our control; The Planner Spot is not responsible for any delayed or lost orders.

Buyer is responsible for any customs, fees, or tariffs associated with international shipping. Customs fees vary by country and are based on the item cost. THE PLANNER SPOT is not responsible for customs charges and it is buyer's responsibility to make sure they are purchasing with this in mind. 

VAT UPDATE: According to the new value-added tax (VAT) policies that went into effect in 2021, all goods imported to UK and EU will now be subject to VAT. The Planner Spot will not charge VAT, import fees, customs fees, or handling fees charged by these countries. These fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please refer to your country’s related laws and regulations to find out estimated fees you will need to pay. Thank you for your understanding.
