When will I get my order?
Our normal processing time is 6-9 business days (before shipping), which excludes weekends and holidays.
Once orders enter the USPS system, we can not be held responsible for any delayed, lost or damaged orders. Please work with USPS with any of these issues.
When will I get my monthly subscription?
Subscription kits are shipped the last week of the month.
As with regular shop orders, once sub kits enter the USPS system, we can not be held responsible for any delayed, lost or damaged orders. Please work with USPS with any of these issues.
Do you ship international?
January 2022 - We have tentatively resumed international shipping to most countries*. However, international mail has still been inconsistent due to the effects of COVID-19. If you are ordering from out of the country, please expect a longer than usual delivery time. Unfortunately, this is completely out of our control, so please keep in mind that The Planner Spot is not responsible for any delayed or lost orders.
* We are currently not shipping to Australia due to COVID restrictions.
A note about international shipping
Buyer is responsible for any customs, fees, or tariffs associated with international shipping. Customs fees vary by country and are based on the item cost. THE PLANNER SPOT is not responsible for customs charges and it is buyer's responsibility to make sure they are purchasing with this in mind.
Do you do custom requests?
